Le Balandri is a family hotel with 8 simple and functional rooms. We focus on the essentials, which allows us to offer some of the most attractive prices in the region, without sacrificing comfort. If you are looking for a wide range of hotel services, Le Balandri may not meet your expectations. If you are looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable price, a warm welcome and convenient accommodation with a certain degree of autonomy, you have come to the right place. The space The rooms have double glazing and a balcony. The beds are made before your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay. Each bedroom has a small bathroom and is equipped with practical furniture: a desk, wardrobe, TV and Wi-Fi for relaxing or working remotely a fridge and a microwave, useful for business stays or for long stays, when you want to be able to store or reheat simple dishes or a meal prepared in advance. The rooms overlook a common hallway, but all the amenities described are private Guest access The property has free parking with video surveillance, close to a main road, making it easy to travel around the region. You are halfway between Annemasse/Geneva (20 km) and Thonon (15 km), close to Perrignier train station (3 km), near Lake Geneva, Sciez (10 km), and Douvaine (15 km). The area is very touristy, with a large number of activities within 15 km, and the first family ski resorts are 20 minutes away. During your stay I will be happy to host you in a simple and friendly spirit, but you can also check in independently in the event of my absence or a late arrival. I am often on site and remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions or help you if needed. Other things to note Note: Access to the building is not easy for people with limited mobility, and the room is on the 2nd floor. Some additional equipment, such as an iron or a clothes drying rack, is not always available in the rooms but can be provided on request. The A412 construction site is very close (15 minutes max). Our free, video-monitored parking lot is large enough to safely accommodate your construction vehicles (large vans or small 3.5T trucks), a short distance from your rooms.
