The property is located central to big employers such as Intel and Nike, also close to Tanasbourne malls, bus and max line (public transportation) This airbnb room is a private bedroom with an attached bathroom. One designated parking spot for each booking. The room is equipped with a queen bed, a split A/C system, a work desk and a mini fridge. Guests have shared access to the kitchen, laundry ($7.00 per wash/dry) supplies not Provided and hot and cold water dispenser. Guest access All Airbnb guests will have shared access to the kitchen and laundry areas. Washer and dryer are available for Airbnb guests ONLY, $7.00 per Washer and Dryer, and laundry supplies are NOT provided nor cooking ingredients. There are dishes, plates, bowls, silverwares, pots and pans, cooking gears available for guests. Dish soap, some cleaning supplies are provided. . Each guest will be responsible to SELF CLEAN up after each usage. There will be a $45 CLEANING FEE issued if you do not clean up after yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note FYI: IN PARKING LOT: There are few cameras in parking lot including a doorbell camera. IN COMMON SHARING AREAS: The purpose of having the cameras in these common areas is for the safety (door left opened, unannounced/unauthorized guest, emergency, incident, stove not turn off, etc…) of all AIRBNB guests.
