Recently renovated in August 2023, Villa Lima combines a minimal aesthetic with stone walls and earthy tones, creating a calming and modern ambiance. Outdoor Paradise: Stunning private pool (6.1x4m, 1-1.2m deep), beautifully lit at night. Soothing two-person hot tub. Secluded Private 200m² garden with olive trees, soft artificial grass, and a plant-covered fence for complete privacy. BBQ for unforgettable al fresco meals. Indoor Comfort: The villa comfortably accommodates your group with three serene bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed with air conditioning. Bedroom 2: Double bed with air conditioning. Bedroom 3: Semi-double bed with floor fan ventilatior. All rooms feature brand new mattresses, pillows, and linens for a restful sleep. There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub and a washing machine. A hair dryer and an iron are also provided for your convenience. The open-plan living space is designed for connection and relaxation. It features: A cozy living area with one couch that converts into a bed for one extra guest. A 43” smart TV for movie nights. A selection of English books and board games for evening fun or relax by the pool. Fully Equipped Kitchen with a brand new dish washer: Prepare delicious meals with ease. The kitchen includes: Stove, microwave and refrigerator, blender, Espresso machine, kettle, and toaster All necessary cookware, cutlery, and glasses For our youngest guests, a foldable baby crib and high chair are available. Moreover, there is a lockbox on the left of the entrance, so you can self check in. Take walks through the village and explore the neighboring traditional areas of Chania and Rethymno, full of noble homes and lush nature. Nearby, you’ll also find shops offering Cretan flavors and, of course, the famous Cretan hospitality that shines throughout Chania. Also a dedicated workspace with uninterrupted internet connection is available, along with an outdoor shower, air conditioning, and hot water powered by solar energy. Disposable slippers, individual bamboo toothbrushes, soap bars, hand cream soap, as well as a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, will be waiting for you upon your arrival! We will also provide one laundry detergent pod and one dishwasher tablet for your convenience. And all of these are generously offered to you! Free parking in front of the villa. This includes all indoor spaces, the private pool, the hot tub, and the 200m² garden. Your stay will be completely private and uninterrupted. Self-check-in is available via a secure lockbox located to the left of the entrance, allowing for a seamless and flexible arrival at any time after check-in. Other things to note By booking your stay at our villa, you accept the rules and instructions that will be communicated to you by the owner. To avoid any inconvenience, only the number of people we have agreed on for the reservation is allowed to stay. If you need anything regarding the stay of children, I will be happy to help you! The fireplace is out of order this period. Wardrobe Storage: We kindly ask that you refrain from using the space of the wardrobes that is secured.
