We put our imagination and hard work into turning your dream into reality. Villa Lima is a newly renovated villa just outside Chania! The renovation was completed in August 2023, and we continue to add improvements. It features 3 bedrooms: two of them have double beds and air conditioning (9000 BTU), while the third has a semi-double bed. All rooms are equipped with brand new mattresses, pillows, sheets, and duvets. There are also 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers. In the open-plan living space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances: stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and all necessary utensils such as knives, forks, glasses, and cookware. There is also a cozy living area with sofas that convert into beds for extra guests. A 24000 BTU air conditioner keeps the space comfortable, along with a fireplace (temporarily out of order) for winter evenings. A 43” smart TV is also available. The decor follows a minimal aesthetic. In the bedrooms, stone walls and hidden lighting in earthy tones create a calming ambiance. A baby crib, high chair, and board games are also provided for families. The private pool (6.1x4m, depth 1–1.2m) is designed for safety and comfort, beautifully lit at night for a magical atmosphere. The jacuzzi comfortably fits two people — the soothing bubbles, combined with the peaceful countryside of Chania, offer the ultimate relaxation. Outside, a 200m² synthetic lawn blends perfectly with the plant-covered fence and iconic olive trees, giving you privacy and a strong sense of the Cretan landscape. You can also enjoy the BBQ with your group and create unforgettable moments. The outdoor lighting is soft and tranquil for evening relaxation.
