Blue room, old stables, free breakfast

Stables of a former stagecoach inn Converted into a dwelling starting in the 1970s The property is about 5,500 m². The stables have a floor area of 170 m² over 2 levels. We (David, Zoé, Noa and I + our 2 cats and 2 dogs) live in the stables and host guests in 2 available bedrooms. Each bedroom is 20 m² and is located upstairs, along with the large shared bathroom. We have been renovating since 2021. We have an EV charging station available at €10/night. The space On the ground floor you will find our 60 m2 living room and our kitchen, which have been renovated, as well as a toilet in which plastering and painting work is in progress. Also on the ground floor, we have set up a space (which is windowless) that serves as a cellar, smokehouse, summer kitchen because this room gives access to a small terrace behind the house To complete the ground floor, there is a boiler room open to a large garage in which swallows have found refuge. We allow access to the garage to say hello to the swallows or to park a bike, motorcycle, quad... (insufficient opening for a car) UPSTAIRS you arrive on a small landing and to the right at the top of the stairs a small living room with TV and various accessible TV subscriptions that is open to the stairwell (work in progress) Then a long hallway serves 6 renovated bedrooms (3 private and 3 in rbnb) and the large renovated bathroom and a toilet The work we still have to do is plastering and painting and does not prevent access to the floor The animals we have are very nice and cuddly, they are full of love However, we manage our dogs so that they do not become too invasive. PS: The family is also very nice.
