Quietly located, but only 3 min. from Visnjan and 14 min. from Porec, you can also reach the most beautiful beaches in the region from here. Perfect for a relaxed getaway! The space CASA Tiz & Tia – Authentic Stone House with Charm Named after our children, CASA Tiz&Tia (3-star country category) is a lovingly restored stone house with over 200 years of history. We, the Strobel host family, ourselves spend up to four weeks a year here and have brought the house back to life with a lot of dedication. It was important for us to preserve the authenticity – with original details and natural materials, without artificial intervention. The covered terrace invites you to relax and offers breathtaking sunsets (depending on the weather). BBQ chirping and the singing of the nightingale make the evenings particularly idyllic. House & sleeping On entering the house you enter the cozy living and dining area with a new fully equipped kitchen in bright, harmonious tones. Wood and natural materials characterize the ambience. All windows are provided with shutters and partly with insect screens. A staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms and a shower room: Large bedroom: double bed (180x200), handmade wooden closet from the 1960s. Two smaller bedrooms: one single bed and one wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Shower room: Small but with window and functionally designed. Another bathroom with bath and washing machine is located on the ground floor, accessible via a small space. A hot water heater provides sufficient water for all guests. CASA Tiz&Tia combines historical charm with modern comfort – a perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday! Guest access Our guests have the house with three bedrooms (four beds), two bathrooms, a cozy living and dining area and an inviting outdoor area with loungers and dining area. The garage and the adjacent annex are restricted from renting. Other things to note The small village of Radosi is accessible only by car. In the neighborhood there are farms that offer homemade olive oil, fresh eggs and seasonal homegrown vegetables. Shopping can be found in the nearby towns of Nova Vas or Visnjan, both only 3 minutes away by car.
