A bedroom with a bathroom, 20 mins to the airport

The price you're seeing now is for a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in our home located at Ciudad Verde, close to Crocodile Park. My family & I and/or other guests might be home during your stay. Our living & dining areas are shared spaces. If you wish to book our entire home to have some privacy, kindly message me so I can send you an offer exclusively here on Airbnb. I ask all guests to read our description, house rules & "other things to note" before booking a room or our entire home. :) The space All of our 4 bedrooms (each has its own bathroom) are situated on the 1st and 2nd level of our home. We do not have an elevator. The rooftop serves as the 3rd level. Each bedroom does not have its own TV, refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, & microwave oven. Those electric appliances are in the living and dining areas, which are shared spaces. Other things to note 1. Each guest is required to send me a copy of their valid ID before check-in. 2. A security deposit of PHP1,000 is to be deposited to the host's GCash or BDO account. It will be sent back to the guest once no irregularities are found at least an hour after check-out. Irregularities include missing keys. We charge PHP500 for each pair. 3. There's free Converge WiFi at home, but guests are not advised to solely rely on it as internet outages happen in Davao City from time to time. Guests who have an online job are advised to have their own mobile internet that can be connected to their laptop. 4. Strictly no smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop, and ashtrays should be used. Drain holes on the rooftop can not be used to throw cigarette ashes into to avoid clogging them. 5. The clubhouse is currently being repaired. Its swimming pool cannot be used. 6. There's noise coming from outside our home caused by traffic from the main road and several home construction sites nearby. 7. My family and I stay in this home when we are in Davao City and we have left some food items in the fridge and kitchen counter. We request all guests to write your name on the items you brought in before storing them in the refrigerator or anywhere in the kitchen. 8. We don't have Netflix at home. Our TV only has a few local channels. 9. We request everyone to treat our home as their own. Please keep everything clean and organized. CLAYGO is highly appreciated. 10. Requesting additional towels or beddings incur additional fees. We therefore advise guest(s) to hang wet towels to make them dry and ready for your next use. 11. There is no housekeeping during the duration of your stay. 12. Airbnb does not allow parties. Our village association does not allow this either. 13. We do not charge for the 2 tea bags on the bedside table and 1 tissue pack in the bathroom. However, we charge for missing big bottles of shampoo and body wash. We refill them each time guests check out. 14. There's an induction cooktop in the kitchen, but only one side of it is functional. Only one dish can be cooked at a time. Because of this, we have lowered our overnight rate. Extra Notes: Our responsibility is to thoroughly clean the entire home when guests check out. We assure everyone that all beddings and towels are changed with fresh ones after every use.
