TRANSPORTATION: If you are looking to go to downtown Cabo San Lucas (10 min drive), there is a hourly paid shuttle between Hacienda and Marina Fiesta. *See Shuttle schedule for times*. With our package, the shuttle is FREE - so no matter where you stay, you have access to the shuttle if you want. Guest access Booking at Vista Only Perks: * Complimentary private transport from the airport in San Jose del Cabo to Vista Encantada (outside Cabo San Lucas). This is set up through the resort after booking. * Private Concierge. You will have access to a dedicated person to help you schedule any dinner reservations or activity bookings. They will also help you schedule your private driver when available. * Private Driver! -- you can pre-schedule (about 2 hour advance notice and when available) a private car to take you into town (within 10 km radius). This includes downtown Cabo, restaurants, Walmart/Sams/Costco, swimming at Medano Bay, etc. This is one-way into town. You can come back on the free shuttle or on your own time and cost using a taxi or Uber. * Access to VIP rooftop pool cabanas and also on the Hacienda side you would have access to the owners/members sun lounge area atop the cliff overlooking the breaking waves! Other things to note Passport is required for travel. You will need a credit card at check in. A security deposit will be required to cover consumption or if something happens to the resort (hotel policy). *Note: Some Mexico resorts are cash-free, meaning you sign to your room, but can still tip in cash. Furniture layout may vary. Mandatory Sanitation Fee of approximately $2 USD per night is directly added to your bill by the resort.
