The four bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with premium bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each room exudes its own unique charm and offers ample storage space for your belongings. FIRST FLOOR: Enter through the front door and you will be greeted by a vibrant living room, equipped with a 55" ROKU TV and spacious seating for all to enjoy. As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the warmth and coziness of our well-appointed living spaces. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for socializing and spending quality time with your loved ones. PLEASE NOTE: The restrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this historic home. There is no restroom on the first floor. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring all the essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal. In the mornings, you can treat yourself to delicious homemade waffles with our convenient waffle maker. The spacious dining area is right across from the kitchen. Extra folding chairs and a high-chair is available for guests to use. SECOND FLOOR: Located on the second floor are three bedrooms, the restroom and in-unit washer and dryer. Portsmouth Room - This beautiful and spacious room has a private balcony overlooking the backyard and king-sized bed. Sandstone Room - Welcome to our vintage-inspired and charmingly spacious bedroom! Step into a world of nostalgia and delight as you enter this tastefully designed bedroom that perfectly blends classic elements with a fun and contemporary twist. Rainsong Room - Enter the charming children's room, equipped with a twin bunk bed, a variety of books, coloring books and crayons. This room sleeps 2 children. THIRD FLOOR: Gardenview Loft - Take the stairs to the 3rd floor, where you will be greeted by the Gardenview Loft. This private loft (there is a door to this bedroom) is located at the top of the home and has its own private restroom. There is a 43" ROKU Smart TV in the bedroom, lounge area, coffee maker, and office space. OUTDOOR FIREPIT & LOUNGE SPACE: For outdoor enthusiasts, our property boasts an array of amenities to keep you entertained. The spacious outdoor area is perfect for gatherings around the firepit, where you can roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. GARAGE: The garage is available for guests to use. A garage door opener/clicker will be provided. The garage is detached from the house and you will walk through the backyard to the back door of the house to access the home. TOWER GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD: We know the importance of making your stay as comfortable as possible, and that's why we've provided a picnic basket and blanket for you to enjoy a delightful afternoon at Tower Grove Park, just a stone's throw away from our home. The park's beauty and tranquility make it an excellent spot for picnics, leisurely strolls, or simply soaking in the fresh air. The surrounding neighborhood of Tower Grove South is a vibrant and lively area, boasting an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Guest access Guests will access via a keypad on the front door. The code will be given via the check-in instructions. Other things to note This is a 3-story home. Stairs are required to reach the bedrooms and restrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this home. There is no first floor bedrooms or restrooms.
