Country house with pool near Paris

We rent our family home during vacation periods. It is located in a beautiful peaceful village and offers beautiful volumes: large living room, 4 bedrooms, TV room, garden with high swimming pool, covered terrace and ping-pong. Around, marked hiking trails, bike paths and forests. Ideally located to visit Île-de-France provided you have a vehicle: Paris (50 km) Versailles (40 min), Chartres (40 min), Orléans, Châteaux de la Loire... The space This is a beautiful stone house with a small front garden and a garden behind the house with an elevated swimming pool. The house has a large open room (75 m2) on the ground floor with living room, dining room, open kitchen, toilet and cupboards. The first floor is accessed by a fairly wide staircase that serves 3 beautiful bedrooms with beds of 160/200 and 140/190, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Then a spiral staircase (beware, tall people must lower their heads) serves the second floor where there is a fourth bedroom and a large TV room with sofa bed (140/180) for two extra beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet complete this floor. The house is semi-detached. Our neighbors are not often present in August (the period in which we rent) and are very discreet. Guest access Access to the house is through the gate that overlooks the main street of the village. The house does not have a private parking space, but the main road has several free spaces and two free parking lots are 50 meters away. To take out the suitcases you can park on the ascent of the cul-de-sac of Doctor Solon which is common to three houses including ours. Guests will be able to access all rooms except the basement and attic, then an office on the top floor that serves as a storage room. Other things to note Our cat lives in the garden in the summer. He doesn't like the car. We always ask our guests if they agree to fill its small bowl, otherwise a neighbor will come by to do it.
