VISIONS ON KEUKA -NEW DOCK, Outdoor shower -Waterfront cottage -1/2 mile from Downtown Hammondsport -3 bed/2 bath (Sleeps 8 W/ 1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunks & Loft with Twin/Full) -12 wineries/breweries in 10 mile radius & great restaurants! -40+ stairs from the road to the house. -Parking is limited. -There is a $325 cleaning/septic fee. If you have more then 6 people and pets you must contact host first b/c there are additional fees ($50/person per day & $50 dog/per-day) The space This space has a brand new DOCK with a platform, a patio and a new breakwall. Be one of the first to enjoy Visions on Keuka! The waterfront landscape is still in progress to be completed by the end of the 2025 season. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. The property is for the use and enjoyment of those renting the property. SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside either house, on the decks, docks, and anywhere on the lake side of the house. Neighboring properties are too close and smoke is pulled into neighbors houses with window fans. Our most important request is to treat our property is if it were your own. This property means the world to us and we love the fact that we can share this special place with other families that want to make lasting family memories on the lake. CHECK-IN TIME Begins no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day noted in the lease. The owner makes every effort to ensure that unit is clean and ready for occupancy by check-in time; however, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. CHECK-OUTS All units must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the check-out day noted in the lease (THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY). An extra day’s rent will be charged for all late checkouts. The owner’s inspection crew require your timely departure, so that the unit can be prepared for the next tenants. Tenant is responsible for straightening all furniture, cleaning dishes, taking out trash, and leaving the unit in good order. Please strip the used beds of the fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases, and leave on top of the bed. Please ensure you’ve packed all your belongings before checking out. Owner will not be responsible for any items left in the rental property. PETS Pets are allowed with a $50 fee per night, per pet. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Please inquire first. Contact host EXTRA GUEST (over 6 people) $50/person per-day after 6. Contact host. Guest access Street parking is available for Guests. First come, first served. We suggest no more than 2 cars parked along the street, as all neighbors share this common parking area. There are 40+ steps from the road down to the house. If arriving at night there is a switch at the the top platform. Please plan accordingly! Other things to note Please flush only toilet paper. No feminine products/paper towels in toilets. Damage to septic tank will be responsibility of Guest! Please treat our Lake House as your own! Respect goes a long way!
