Unwind at our stunning beachside villa. The house was recently built and features a spacious backyard with a pool and outdoor dining area that will guarantee you a unique stay in Costa del Sol. The house is located on a peaceful street only 2 minutes away from Benalmadena port and 3 minutes from the beach. The space ⚠️ Please note that by making a reservation, you agree that garden and pool maintenance may take place during your stay. No interior areas will be accessed. The villa of 128 m2 features a spacious backyard with varios areas: - The swimming pool with 4 chaise longs (the pool is heated from October to April) - Big outside dining area - Parking area - 2 lounge zones with furniture. - Barbecue. The parking can accommodate 2 cars. Free street parking spots may be available in front of the villa. Every detail of the house has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. The entrance opens to a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 and a bar table with high chairs. There are 4 bedrooms: - The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, an open closet, a double bed and a single bed. - The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed. - The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a desk that will be perfect for remote workers, and an open closet. - The 4th bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables. There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioner in each space and fast wifi. Pool measurements Length: 6 m Width: 3 m Maximum depth: 1.7 m Minimum depth: 1.1 m ✅ Great news! The community pool is open all year round for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have the entire house, parking and the swimming pool at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. - Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke inside. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
