With over 1,600 sq ft of living space, this end-unit 1st floor condo (no stairs!) is calming and peaceful. A master bedroom, equipped with its own master bathroom with bathtub and shower, has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double at the bottom, and a single at the top. The bunk bed also has a trundle bed below. A full bathroom with bathtub is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. The golf views from the screened and non-screened porches make them ideal spaces for relaxing. Bedding, bath towels, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen are provided. Beach items provided include 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, tennis & pickle-ball rackets, & a basketball. The Pavillion, where all the amenities are located is ~ a 7-minute walk from the house. You can also drive to the Pavillion and park there. Amenity passes can be purchased at the Pavillion. Passes are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Costs are $65/person/week (kids under 4 are free) and includes access to all of the amenities. Other things to note Bedding, bath towels, and kitchen essentials including dishes and pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc are provided.
