The space This newly updated 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of downtown Port Washington, WI. When you stay at 180 Pier St, you're just steps away from the many great shops, restaurants, bars, and parks that make Port Washington a destination to enjoy. The comfortable living room includes a 65" smart tv, board games and books, and 3rd floor views of downtown Port and the lake. You can also find a twin rollaway bed in the living room closet for additional sleeping options. The kitchen includes a brand new full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, coffee bar complete with coffee & tea, a variety of utensils and gadgets, cookware, and space for your own snacks. Each bedroom also includes a 32" smart tv, memory foam mattresses and high quality linens, large windows with room darkening curtains, and plenty of closet space for all of your luggage. Enjoy your coffee from the private balcony while watching the sunrise over the lake. Guest access Enter 180 Pier St through the main lobby, head up the stairs to the 2nd floor and use your unique Lockly Smart Lock code to enter the unit. 180 Pier St is an entirely private apartment with a full kitchen stocked with all the basic necessities, large living room, and private balcony attached to the unit. Guests also have access to the coin operated washer and dryer located in the shared basement of the building. Other things to note Street parking is available, or overnight in the city lot behind the building by permit provided by host. Main lobby is secured by an automatic locking system between the hours of 9pm-6am. A separate code will be texted to guests at time of check in. The lobby also has security cameras for additional security. Due to other guests in the building, we ask that noise be kept at a reasonable volume between 10pm-7am, and no pets allowed. Top bunk bed has a maximum weight limit of 170 pounds.
