Cozy independent villa with large outdoor space with patio, deckchairs and hydromassage tub, located in the hamlet of Massasco (Casarza Ligure) fifteen minutes drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature but a few minutes from services and the sea. Ideal for visiting Sestri and the other places in the Gulf of Tigullio. Free private parking, air conditioning and WI-FI connection. The space Furnished with care, the villa has a private entrance and a large outdoor space where next to the entrance you will find a part used as a private outdoor dining area, with table and chairs and a part perfectly equipped for your relaxation, with deckchairs on which to take the sun and an external hydromassage tub, shared however, unlike the rest of the house, with any guests from the villa next door. The entrance leads directly to a bright living area, where you will find a kitchen, a sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped to prepare and consume your meals during your stay: hob, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery. A maximum of 6 guests can stay in the apartment: in the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second a bunk bed. In both bedrooms you will also find a wardrobe for your personal effects. The bathroom is welcoming and modern with sanitary ware, large shower and washing machine which can be used during the stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, independent heating and air conditioning. The house has free private parking next to the house. Pets are allowed with a surcharge. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms of the apartment which is rented entirely without any internal space shared with others. In the external part, however, the part with table and chairs near the entrance remains private, while the relaxation corner with deckchairs and hydromassage tub is shared and shared with other possible guests of the villa next door. We ask you to always behave with respect and education for the people around you and to share equipment correctly. The upper floor of the villas is inhabited by permanent tenants but discretion will always be maximum on their part. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE HOUSE: By car, along the A12 motorway with exit at Sestri Levante. From there proceed on the SS523 road following the signs for Casarza Ligure/Varese Ligure/Parma) for about 4 km, take the deviation for Massasco and continue for about 1.5 km.
