Our beloved ski getaway is both spacious and cozy, and in a fantastic location for outdoor activities (both winter and summer!), world class dining, and tons of options for fun and relaxation. With a layout that makes it fun to be together yet easy to find a quiet moment, we're excited to share the perfect Eagle Vail home base with you and your loved ones. Read on for more details! Our home offers the perfect layout, amenities and location for your group's trip, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and room for 12 guests to sleep comfortably. Here are some highlights of the configuration and offerings, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out and I'll be happy to help. THE LAYOUT: With three floors and well-distributed living and sleeping spaces, you'll have plenty of space to gather as a group, with opportunities to grab a quiet moment throughout the house. The main floor includes semi-open kitchen, dining and living space, as well as a bedroom and half bath (which includes a washer/dryer). The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking if your group likes preparing meals together. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a private deck, jacuzzi tub and heated floors in the primary suite. The lower floor includes the bunk room, with two Queen beds and two bunked Twin beds, a full bathroom, and a spacious den with TV, board games, and an infrared sauna! Enjoy the sounds of the creek on our spacious deck with seating for large groups and a gas grill. Our spacious, professionally maintained backyard overlooks the 6th hole of Vail Valley's "Favorite Golf Course." Garage parking for one vehicle with additional parking on the driveway for up to 3 more vehicles. There are ski boot dryers ready to go and extra firewood, too. THE AMENITIES: • Fully Equipped Kitchen, Stainless Appliances, Gas Range, Refrigerator with filtered water, beautiful dishware, well equipped to cook and serve large groups. Coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, bread maker, waffle maker, crockpot, and fondue set are all available for use. • Laundry: Full-sized Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing board • Thermostats in each room to control heating and cooling • Linens: Premium Bedding and Towels • Fully stocked paper goods and consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, bathroom soaps/shampoos/conditioner/lotions. Hairdryers, humidifiers, and clothes hangers also provided. • Internet: High-Speed Wireless Internet ENTERTAINMENT: • 4 Flatscreen HDTV TVs, board games, yard games, sauna. • Floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace • Outdoor Space: decks with fantastic mountain views and dining table for 6 • Outdoor Gas BBQ Grill on back deck • Pool & Tennis Courts: Eagle Vail community pool (late June – early September) and tennis/pickleball courts SINCE THIS IS OUR HOME: • No Smoking - No Pets - No Exceptions Please read our house rules before booking to be sure our place is a good fit for your group, and we can't wait to help you have a great visit! The entire property is yours to enjoy while you're our guest, including outdoor spaces. The only exceptions are the locked owners' closets where we store our family's gear while we're hosting your group! You can always reach me by Airbnb messenger (Airbnb asks guests and hosts to communicate through Airbnb) and I'll provide additional contact information in case it's needed. We probably won't be local while you're here, but we have wonderful trusted cleaning staff and resources on call in case of any in person needs. Our home is part of the Eagle Vail neighborhood which is full time fun for both summer and winter adventures. We're located on the 6th hole of the public 18 hole golf course. The exceptional location offers a perfect base for your mountain expedition with restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, shops, and golf course/Nordic trail system less than 0.5 miles away, plus two world class ski resorts within a 10 minute drive: Vail Ski Resort (5.6 miles) and Beaver Creek Ski Resort (4.3 miles). The buzzing mountain towns of Vail, Minturn, Avon and Edwards are all within 5 miles of our front door and accessible by the local bus stop, just down the road. It’s a beautiful spot in both summer and winter! Visit the Eagle Vail website and click on "Amenities" to learn more about golf, tennis, pickleball, the nordic trail, parks, pump track, kayaking, fishing, and "the beach." This is a great location for families. GOLF INFO: EagleVail Golf Club is one of the reasons people love to live and visit here. The gorgeous 18-hole public golf course is the perfect combination of a gentle river course and a challenging, yet fair, mountain course, offering players of all abilities an exhilarating golf experience. Whiskey Hill Golf Grill offers up a pub-style menu, full bar, sport TVs and Wii Interactive for the kids. Call for more information. Willow Creek, the only public par 3 golf course in the Vail Valley, is a comfortable, fun and friendly course, ideal for learning or reviving your game, or simply teaching golf to your kids. The EagleVail Golf Club & Willow Creek Par 3 are managed by the EagleVail Metro District. For more information on the golf club or to make a tee time contact the Eagle Vail golf club. The Golf Club hosts a variety of tournaments and special events. There is garage parking for one vehicle, driveway parking space for up to four vehicles (4 total vehicles allowed by local regulation). A Bus Stop (Hwy 6 at Eagle Road) is only 0.3 miles away (a 5 minute walk). For routes and trip planning, visit the Eagle County Bus Schedule here and find the Hwy 6 East or West Routes. Maps also includes walking and transportation directions; you just switch the mode from driving to your preferred method of getting around. :) Time to get excited!
