Le Renard, a high-end 4-star chalet. Access to each chalet is via a private road. This chalet is located on the edge of the beautiful Xettes forest, on the heights of the charming town of Gérardmer. You will have a breathtaking view of the Gérardmer valley, its famous lake, and its 21 ski slopes, offering a stunning panorama. Le Renard is close to skiing, the town center, hiking trails, and amenities. 2 free parking spaces The space Fully equipped chalet, 130 m², accommodating up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find: - 1 bedrooms, each with a double bed and high-quality bedding - one of them has a baby bed; - 1 bathroom with an Italian shower; - separate toilet with a sink; - 1 fully equipped kitchen, including a high chair; - 1 living room with a fireplace; - 1 south-facing terrace with 4 deckchairs. Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and high-quality bedding; - 1 bathroom with a bathtub, an Italian shower, and a sauna for 2 people; - 1 separate toilet; - 1 south-facing terrace with 4 deckchairs. A private (uncovered) parking lot with 2 spaces overlooking the chalet is at your disposal. Other things to note Two free parking spaces are available (not covered, not open). The parking is 50 meters from the chalet entrance, directly in front of the small path that is not accessible by car. ⸻ ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. However, exceptions are possible, subject to an additional fee and depending on the availability of the housekeeping team, provided that : • it is outside school holiday periods ; • our prior approval has been given. DEPARTURES • Until 12 p.m. (1 hour later) : no extra charge, subject to prior agreement ; • Until 5 p.m. at the latest : extra charge of €80 ; • After 5 p.m. : booking an additional night will be required (with check-out no later than 11 a.m.). ARRIVALS • From 2 p.m. : no extra charge, subject to prior agreement ; • From 11 a.m. : extra charge of €80 ; • Before 11 a.m. : booking an additional night will be required (with arrival possible from 4 p.m.). Please let us know upon your arrival or as soon as possible, in order to best organize the housekeeping and to ensure the best possible conditions for your stay. ⸻ FORGOTTEN ITEMS If you leave any personal belongings behind, we can arrange to send them back by post. Shipping costs will be at your expense. ⸻ CLEANING A cleaning fee is charged to cover the standard end-of-stay cleaning of the chalet.
