Our home is located just 1 mile west of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, aka "The Swamp", just across the way from the Mark Bostick Golf Course -- right in the heart of Gainesville and the UF community. Many guests walk to the stadium in nice weather. Our home underwent a total renovation so you'll feel right at home while traveling to Gainesville. The space Our home is the perfect retreat for families or large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests in beds. Step inside and you'll find a beautifully decorated interior that combines modern amenities with mid-century charm. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms that have everything you might need during your stay, and a cozy office inside Bedroom #3. The living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing with your loved ones, featuring two cozy sofas, a large flat-screen TV (Netflix + apps; no cable), and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining area provides ample seating for your entire group. Step outside and you'll find a beautiful backyard that features a new 5 burner grill and stone fire pit, perfect for outdoor cooking and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor dining table is perfect for al fresco meals, and the spacious yard is great for playing games or simply lounging in the Florida sun. In addition, our home is equipped with all the amenities you might need, including high-speed internet, tons of kitchen equipment, and plenty of parking. With its prime location, our house is perfect for visiting the University of Florida, exploring the vibrant city of Gainesville, or simply enjoying a relaxing retreat with your loved ones. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. The driveway can accommodate up to 6+ vehicles. Dog friendly, please pick up after your dog. Other things to note -The city collects the garbage and recycling bins on Wednesday mornings. If the black garbage bin and recycling bins (orange for flattened cardboard, blue for glass and plastic) are full, please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Tuesday evening so they can be emptied early Wednesday morning.
