Please note for rentals of more than 5 days (we access once every 5 days by appointment together before )to our indoor property with the presence of the tenant for maintenance of the plants upgraded dishwasher product Exterior Maintenance, pool every 2 days by ourselves being on site Pets not allowed (asthma) Cleaning included (possible on request during your additional stay +fees ) Babysitting (possible to see together by your hosts +fees ) We ask you for the CNIs of all occupants and a certificate of resort insurance dates of your stay to be sent 5 days before your arrival thank you A meter reading will be made upon check-in and checkout of the inventory of your stay and to be paid before your departure A deposit of €2,500 is required 🛡️ Security deposit and special conditions • Security deposit: A refundable deposit of €2,500 is required for any reservation.
