T's Fish Camp-Near KK Island and Crappie Hotspots

The perfect fishing and hunting retreat! Steps from the public boat ramp and parking space for two or more boats. T's Fish Camp is located in a very quiet neighborhood off KK highway. The neighbors are relaxed and love to visit about the fishing and hunting Sit out front at the picnic table and grill your catch of the day. Enjoy the wildlife (turkey, deer) in the adjoining corps land. 7 minutes from downtown Warsaw, Truman Dam, Shawnee Bend Golf Course and tons of outdoor activities. The space This is the lower level of an all brick ranch home. The lower level and backyard will be exclusive for this unit. The upper level unit may be occupied by the property owners at various times. Kitchen--Has stove, fridge and microwave. Lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, spices and oil, sugar, flour. Help yourself to what you need. Coffee Station--Drip coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar and substitute, tea and a few snacks if you arrive hungry. Dining Area--Comfortably seats four but if you need more, a couple extra chairs are in the laundry room. Living Area--Has an antique leatherette sofa made in Santa Fe....in the day. Comfortable recliners and a 55" Roku tv. Also in the main living area is a double/full bed and an office desk/chair in case you can't escape your work load. Bedroom--The bedroom is tucked away with a double bed in the raised platform level and two twin XL beds with wonderful memory foam mattresses. Outside--Get out back and fry up your catch on the grill with side burner and fry skillet. But first....clean your fish in the fish cleaning hut and remember to take the fish guts to the boat ramp and dump for all the catfish to enjoy. Firepit--Enjoy the firepit out front. There is a wood pile across the street next to the retaining wall and s'more sticks are hanging on the side of the house by the front porch. Be sure to completely extinguish the fire with the hose on the front of the house. Guest access Access the lower unit by the side yard...down a small hill. The lockbox entry will be on the backdoor that leads into the screened in porch. You have access to the backyard, the front firepit and the parking area across the street. The charcoal grill and picnic table area across the street as well. Park next to the T's Fish Camp sign on the house or park your truck and boat across the street (not in front of garage door please.) There is enough parking for two truck/trailer or multiple cars. See images for parking areas. Other things to note DOGS-- We love dogs and welcome your well trained pets. There is a dog fee of $50.00 per dog per visit. We have a dog poop waste station in the back yard hanging on a deck post. Please be courteous about picking up your pet waste. There will be an additional charge of $50.00 for any poop not picked up. NO CATS--We love all animals but we are very allergic to cats. So sorry they can't come with you. WILDLIFE AND CRITTERS-- We are backed up to lots of forest and corps land. We often see coyotes, deer, turkey, snakes, spiders, armadillos, 'coons and more. Although we will all these beautiful creatures would stay outside the cabin, at times you will see a few spiders, rolly pollies and other small insects in the house. We do treat the inside and outside of the cabin on a monthly basis.....just letting you know ahead of time.
