Located 1 min walk from the most famous park of the city center called Parcul Cismigiu. important to mention that there is no view to the park from the Ap but still pretty nice view for Bucharest... The Ap has a nice livingroom devided for an eating corner area and an area with Sofa and TV. the bedroom has a closed small balcony and a bathroom + toilets inside. besides this there is another small WC in the livingroom without a shower. in both livingroom and bedroom there are Smart TV and A.C The space A spacious area which includes the dining area, open full kitchen a livingroom area and a small guests toilet. bedroom with its own private bathroom + toilets and a small closed balcony. Other things to note The building is an old building like all center Bucharest so it's not looking great from outside or inside but... the location of the building which is right next to the famous park Cismigiu, close to the old city & Calea Victoriei (and even not far to the famous Parliament palace) and the apartment itself from inside are compromising the fact that the building is old and not gois looking... 😉 important- no PARTIES or any load noises, the neighbors are very sensitive about this and they call the police without any warning! Heating and cooling are done with the A.C
