Sun loungers and beach screen. 2 parking spaces. The space On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. Folding table and 6 chairs. Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. In the living room, there is a 3-axis sofa, coffee tables, 65' inch TV, exit to the terrace. Bedroom 1: bed (160x200 cm), 2-person sofa bed (120x190 cm), TV, dresser, view Bedroom 2: bed (160x200 cm), 2-person sofa bed (120x190 cm), TV, dresser A bathroom with a rain shower and a dry sauna. Guest access A garden with a hot tub and a patio. Other things to note Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 10:00 AM. At check-in, you'll need to fill out a check-in card indicating your details and all accompanying people. Please review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. At the time of check-in, an additional spa fee in cash of PLN 4.00 (or 1 euro) per person for each commenced day of stay (also applies to children) and a final cleaning fee of PLN 200/50 euros must be paid. Security deposit for any damage in the amount of 2000 zł/450 EUR - payable in cash on site, at the time of check-in. Refund of the security deposit after the keys and finding the condition of the property. Due to the need to replace the water from previous guests, the hot tub may not reach the expected temperature on the day of check-in. The hot tub water is not replaced during your stay. It is the responsibility of every user to rinse the entire body in the shower before entering the hot tub each time. No glassware can be used in the hot tub. Malfunctions in the House must be reported immediately after picking up the keys on the day of arrival. Failure to report means no faults or damage. In the event of a damage/defect, the Owner must be notified immediately. By 10:00 a.m. on the day of the end of the stay, you must leave the House, leaving it in a condition not deteriorated, cleaned, and returned all keys to the Owner or authorized person. Cleaning on the Tenant's side includes emptying the fridge/freezer, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, taking out the trash to the dedicated bins, according to the rules of waste separation, cleaning up after pets. In the event of failure to comply with the above obligation, the Owner may charge the Tenant an additional cleaning fee of PLN 200. - no bachelorette/bachelor parties - no smoking - no frying fish - garbage sorting
