Close amenities are the Ozone Mall, Sabo Market, Iwaya Market, Dominos Pizza House, The Place Bar. The property is a one bedroom with airconditioners in both bedroom and livingroom. Bedside drawer and a wardrobe, with reading lamp. Kitchen contains all necessary utensils to give a feeling of being home away from home. There is dedicated generator meant for this apartment in case of power outage which is frequent occurrence in Nigeria as we all know and you will have someone always available to attend your needs to make sure you get a good experience and comfort during your stay. If you are not driving, you may order Uber or Bolt cabs, to drive you about. Otherwise, we always give a support and advise on how to use the public transportation network. However, there is a localhost available to give guests any help they may need. A very cultured and secure neighbourhood with general markets in 3 districts close by. Supermarkets, malls, restaurants and fast food shops such as Dominos Pizza House, The Place Bar and Restaurant, Cold Stone Ice Cream House and many more are scattered around but close by. The street is tarred with less traffic and quiet. There is a security post at the main entrance into the road, and the condominium is also gated. Easy commuting and access to all mainland and Island central districts. Hide if you are not driving or have no access to private vehicle, you can order a Uber or Bolt cab services otherwise, your local host will be able to advise on how to get around with public transportation service. This apartment is a condominium building therefore, there are other families living in the building, but each family has their private access into their respective apartments.
