This 2 storey newly built home offers a peaceful spot for you to take a break, whilst located within walking distance to the beach and the township's amenities. The space Hillside @ The Bay is a newly-built holiday rental home in the town of Apollo Bay, perfectly situated half-way along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. The home accommodates up to 4 guests, with sole use of the property. Please contact us prior to reserving to enquire about larger groups. Ground Floor: Park your car/s on the private driveway and enter through the front door. On entry, the Second Bedroom (1 x Queen Bed) is immediately to the right. First Floor: Head up the flight of stairs to the first floor landing. To your right, you'll find the Master Bedroom (1 x Queen Bed) and Bathroom (with shower). To the left is a large, spacious, open-plan Living/Dining/Kitchen. There is a Weber gas BBQ located on the 1st floor verandah. Property Information & WiFi Details: Please refer to the welcome information located on the coffee table in the living room. Guest access Full guest access to the property. We do not sell the back half of the ground floor of the property and as such, this area is locked off to guests. If you book for 1 or 2 guests, the Second Bedroom (ground floor) will be locked (no guest access). If you book for 3 or 4 guests, guests will have access to the Master Bedroom (upstairs) and the Second Bedroom (ground floor). Please inform us prior to arrival if you have booked for 2 guests and would like to use 2 bedrooms.
