The space Our house features - 4 bed rooms with 5 Queen size bed and 4 floor mattress - 1 bedroom at ground floor and others 3 are at upper floor - Each room has its own toilet - Each bedroom is air conditioned - Has a big backyard with gazebo - Big car park space - Easy check in & check out - Light cooking allowed - Quiet environment - Guarded with security Amenities & Utilities - High speed wifi - Free Netflix - Towels - Hairdryer - Cloth iron - Basic cooking tools - Muslim friendly utensils/cup upon request - Coway water dispenser - Kiddie pool (upon request/subject to availability) - Barbeque pit (upon request/subject to availability) (charcoal not supplied) Guest access Entire place is to you and friends/family. Other things to note - CCTVs are installed at the front porch and backyard for guest safety - If found more than 15 pax at Airbnb, additional charge of RM 100 per pax will be incurred for the 16th person onwards -Pets are welcomed to the stay but is subjected to charges of RM100 per pet - Early check in and late check out is subject to availability, additional hour requested will be charged RM 100/ hour. -Living room carpet, kids pool and BBQ pit is subject to availability.
