You can easily park your car on this quiet street, and if you prefer, you can also park inside the gate. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the private pool, where sun loungers are already set up for you. Here, you'll also find a stone barbecue with plenty of dining tables and parasols for delightful outdoor meals. On the same level as the pool, there's a complete apartment with a kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom. Through the spacious game room, equipped with table tennis, billiards, and a foosball table, you can access the rest of the house. The main house is neatly finished and features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful, bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. Adjacent to these areas is a large balcony, perfect for relaxing. On this floor, you'll find five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a flat-screen TV, has a large double bed and an adjoining spacious bathroom. On the other side of this bathroom is a bedroom with a triple bunk bed and two single beds. Through another hallway, you reach the other bedrooms and the second bathroom.
