The space Bedrooms and Bathrooms: o Ballenas Unit: The main suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a king bed, floor-to-ceiling multi-sliding doors on either side, and direct access to a wrap-around balcony. The accompanying private bathroom is spacious with a luxurious rain shower head. The second room offers a king bed with its own balcony overlooking the town and jungle, and it also has a private entrance to a shared second bathroom. o Gaviotas Unit: The studio promises restful slumbers with a plush king-size bed and offers a practical bathroom with a spacious shower. Generous storage is available with a large walk-in closet. Living Spaces: o Ballenas Unit: The living area, with its comfortable seating and a large smart TV, effortlessly transitions to the outdoors with its multi-sliding doors. Guests can soak in the panoramic ocean views even from the inside. o Gaviotas Unit: Minimalism defines this space, where two cozy chairs invite relaxation. The seamless sliding glass doors blur the boundaries, drawing guests to the private balcony and the mesmerizing Pacific beyond. Kitchens: o Ballenas Unit: Cooking enthusiasts will find delight in this fully-equipped kitchen. Centered around a spacious island with modern appliances, it caters to both quick snacks and grand meals. An adjoining dining area serves as a gathering spot for memorable feasts. o Gaviotas Unit: The compact yet functional kitchenette is ready for essential culinary tasks, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a two-burner electric cooktop. Access: o The condo is all yours for the duration of your stay. o Check-ins are a breeze with a self-operated keypad system. Rules: o Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors. o Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds. o Occupancy may not exceed 6 guests. o No excessive noise after 10:00 PM. o No parties or events are allowed. o No pets are allowed on the property. o No smoking on the property. o No diving or jumping into the pool. Failure to do so may result in guests being asked to leave the property and/or a fine. Guest access **Please Note:** San Pancho Penthouse is located on the 5th (top) floor of the condo, offering stunning views and a peaceful retreat above it all. The building is equipped with a backup generator to help keep essential services like the elevator running during power interruptions. However, as with many places in coastal Mexico, occasional lapses in electricity can still happen—especially during summer storms or periods of high demand. While these interruptions are typically brief, we want all our guests to feel comfortable and safe. For that reason, the penthouse is not be suitable for guests who are unable to use stairs if necessary.
