Separate bathroom with walk in shower. Own entrance and parking space with picnic bench outside for alfresco dining. Lounge has 32inch smart tv, wifi, comfy sofa and relaxing feel. Dining Area: small table with two chairs. Kitchen: fully equipped, electric fan oven and ceramic hob. Tall integrated fridge freezer. Cafetière and tea pot. Bedroom: king size bed, bedside tables, hanging space on back of door and pull out wall hanging rail, full sized set of draws. Bedding included. Bathroom: new electric modern shower with twin head, sink and storage area, toilet and bath rail. Please note unfortunately washing machine is not for guest use, there is a laundrette in Perranporth if needed. Bath towels and hand towels included. Outside Area: spacious parking area with picnic bench for guest use in sheltered sunny spot at front of property. Hose pipe for muddy dogs. Parking space directly in front of property. We are directly next to the newly developed multi use saints trail which follows the river and is perfectly located for a quick dog walk. Please note non smoking flat. Well behaved dogs welcome.
