Unique kitchen and family room layout provides for great family interaction. You'll love the openness of the design; it is very different than the standard Gold Bend configuration. Family room includes leather couch and swivel chairs looking on to a stone surround wood burning fireplace. Family room has storage console that houses plenty of games. Large screen TVs have streaming services as well as cable. Strong wifi throughout. Have supplies for young ones, including a high chair, and gate. We are dog friendly. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large variety of cooking tools, quality knives, drip coffee maker, Kuerig coffee maker with k-pods, spice rack and a large number of pots and pans. All appliances are stainless steel and new. Large new stainless refrigerator with plenty of storage and with in door water and ice. New gas stove with four burners and with center griddle burner. New microwave and dishwasher. Instant hot water dispenser and garbage disposal. We also have a rice maker, crock pot, smoothie Ninja and other cooking items. Plenty of cutting boards, including a very large chefs prep island. Place sittings for approximately 12. Large, rustic wood table is expandable; it seats about 8 people in the standard configuration. House includes a baby high chair, baby gate, baby bumbo and children's plates and cups. House has two patios that both open up to the forest and to a sledding hill in winter and hiking in summer. Upper patio has small table and chairs for dining. The barbecue is not available to renters (per county laws) but there are barbecues available at the Recreation Center. Bedrooms and Baths Upstairs master bedroom includes new sink area with cabinets, which is super convenient while others are in the master bath area. Master bedroom includes a new queen bed, new furniture, track lighting, vaulted ceilings and a sliding mirrored closet with plenty of storage. Master also has large screen TV with cable and streaming services. Upstairs master bath includes a new walk in shower with two shower heads and a sink area with granite and polished nickel fixtures and new cabinets. Downstairs includes two bedrooms, one with a new queen bed, track lighting and private patio. The other includes bunk beds with the lower bed being a full bed and the upper a single. Each room has large closet space and storage. All rooms have nice linens, such as Pottery Barn blankets or hand sewn quilts. Downstairs also has full size washer and dryer with supplies. Parking and Transportation House is close to parking with owner provided guest passes (no long hikes carrying luggage). Steps away from the shuttle as well, with on demand transportation to and from the ski slopes/village pool area. Generally it takes only just a few minutes to be picked up by the shuttle. Couldn't be easier. Shuttle runs frequently and often times to 10PM. Other items We have a lockable storage area for skis, snow boards and beach stuff. New sleds for the snow season! We also have a shovel. Grounds are well taken care of. Even in blizzards the plows are out immediately, taking care of walkways and parking lot. In the winter, we have plenty of snow toys for sledding. You can sled right behind the house. For the summer we provide beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and floats. All perfect for the lake. The house has brand new central heating. We also have a humidifier, hair dryers and steam iron for guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Any closet used by owners is locked and marked. Outdoor ski storage and snow toy storage. Plenty of indoor, closet space. Other things to note Owners provide snow toys for the winter (sleds) and beach gear for the summer (chairs, rafts, etc). Full access to jacuzzis, gym, pool, tennis courts, BBQs, etc with provided guest passes. (Northstar charges a $10 per person fee for access that will be paid upon entry.) Easy access to the lifts and village on demand. Shuttle is easy to call with Northstar app. Details on the app are in welcome package as well as parking passes and guest passes for the recreation center.
