It offers two separate units: one for the main house where the host resides, and the other is a guesthouse that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The living room is furnished with a Google TV, allowing seamless streaming and access to endless content. The sofa in the room can be extended into a twin-size bed for extra sleeping space (please let us know in advance if you plan to use this space). Inside the TV stand, you'll find a first aid kit for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis system, providing clean and purified drinking water that's perfect for long-term stays. You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to prepare meals from scratch in the kitchen. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and rice cooker. Additional items such as basic seasonings, oil, kitchen utensils, and baking pans/sheets are also provided. Under the kitchen sink, you'll find dishwasher detergent and a fire extinguisher for emergencies. The bedroom features two queen-size beds with memory foam mattresses. To adjust the brightness of the nightstand lamp, simply tap the base of the lamp. Our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and essential toiletries. Additionally, the property is equipped with a water softener, providing softened water for your comfort. We provide a 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash collection, all free from sulfates, parabens, phosphates, and gluten. Guest access Guests will have access to the casita, patio, and private garage. A unique door keypad access code will be provided before arrival. The private garage is free for guests to use, and a garage door opener will be provided upon check-in for added convenience. The garage accommodates one vehicle of a certain size. If your vehicle does not fit, please park on the street. Other things to note *NO PET ALLOWED* For the comfort and consideration of all guests, and to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone to enjoy their stay. *NO SMOKING INSIDE* To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please refrain from smoking inside the property! Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee from the guest to cover additional cleaning expenses. *NO PARTIES/EVENTS* Please be mindful of our quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and kindly avoid hosting parties to respect our neighbors. *DO NOT FLUSH NON-FLUSHABLE ITEMS* Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. *OWNER'S NEXT DOOR Don't forget the host of the casita lives in the same house, but completely separate. We will respect your privacy and will only come if you need him. *SECURITY* For your safety and security, the front entrance of the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell in the front entrance, a floodlight camera on the wall of the owner's garage, and a stickup camera on the outside of the property. All devices are actively recording 24/7 on the exterior of the property. No other camera or recording device is inside the property.
