You will have your own entrance overlooking the back of the house with a 200 m² garden equipped with a small 10 m² concrete pool, flat bottom 1.50 m high. Ideal for relaxing, having an aperitif, BBQing... and family meals in the summer. A staircase will take you to the 80 m2 apartment, freshly renovated with a touch of old and modern to offer you the best comfort. You will have a splendid view from the living room overlooking the hill of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. Not overlooked in this charming setting with vegetation that will offer you a shaded area in summer. The entrance opens onto a corridor with a first bedroom on your left, overlooking the garden. Then a second bedroom, then you will access the living room with the dining area and its fully equipped American kitchen with many accessories to make good meals.
