Comfortable and bright apartment in a quiet area, next to the Ría de Barakaldo. It is 15 minutes from Bilbao, 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from Bilbao airport. The house is ready to accommodate up to 5 guests, and we have parking on the premises. Ideal accommodation for any type of stay! The space The house has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure the comfort of our guests, including a washer-dryer. In addition, we have a parking lot that is exclusively for the use of our guests. The parking lot is 2.10 meters high. We accept dogs upon request with a cleaning fee of €25. We do not accept cats. **There is construction work in the vicinity of the building that could cause noise during the day.** Guest access A home intended exclusively for our guests' use.
