Professionally designed home with brand new furnishings and details to impress. Centrally located with quick routes to Denver, Colorado Springs or just up the hill to the Rocky Mountains. Great place to stay any time of the year! We hope you enjoy our home!! The space This house has plenty of space to host a large number. With 4 beds/2 baths on the 2nd level, and lot's of room on the main floor with the kitchen, sitting area, family room, dining & powder bath. We also have a finished basement with a laundry room, another family room that includes a TV, pull-out sofa for 2, and lots of games. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including the front/back yard with patio. There is no access to the garage. Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Other things to note There's enough beds to sleep 12 with the finished basement.
