Spacious two bedroom apartment with great Kachemak Bay views located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Homer city limits. This rental has a beautifully updated chef’s kitchen with an open concept living space. The unit includes one bathroom, two bedrooms with queen sized beds, laundry, large sunny deck, big lawn, outdoor fire pit, and is nearby many amenities and attractions. The space This bright and open home offers an open concept living space and beautifully updated chef’s kitchen. The bedrooms are located on either end of a hallway where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a large tiled shower, double vanity sinks and tons of storage. The bathroom has a shower only and is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The bedrooms both have ample closet space with drawers built in. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in both bedroom closets. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with blackout window curtains or blinds to darken the sleeping and lounging areas. The open concept living space includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. There is a sliding patio door that leads onto a covered porch where there is a two seat dinette table. A large deck with another seating area is off the covered porch area. There is also a sliding patio door that leads to the deck from one of the bedrooms. The dining room features seating for up to six when utilizing the bench found behind the couch. The stairs off the deck lead to the lawn and fire pit area. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, filters, sugar, cream, tea, honey, salt, pepper, basic spices and oils. There are books, games, cards and a smart roku tv available for use in the living space. There is a fire with some firewood provided. Please bring extra if you plan to use the fire pit often during your stay. Comfortably accommodates four guests. The property has two other rental units downstairs. All units share a common entry way and each have their own separate locked entry doors. The outdoor areas are shared, including the yard, fire pit and driveway. There are two parking spaces included with the unit. Please only park in spots designated for Unit #1 and avoid blocking spaces for the other units. Within walking distance to the Canyon Rim Trail (also known as Bear Canyon Trail)! The trailhead is located .3 miles away from the house. Detailed information including maps can be found at the house in the welcome booklet. Guest access Guests have full access to the upstairs unit of the home, lawn, firepit and driveway areas. Please be respectful of the downstairs units. Other things to note Entrance: The apartment shares a common entry way with all three units in the property. Each has its own secured door with a unit specific passcode. Water: The house has delivered potable water. Please use respectfully as it serves the entire property and is expensive to have delivered.
