Dome 2 is one of three identical domes. 1 private bedroom + attic loft, living area, 2 private washrooms, and valley-facing lawn access for peaceful mornings and evenings. Dedicated workstation. Pet-friendly. Located in the quaint Himalayan village of Makkumath, Uttarakhand — a paradise for birdwatchers, trekkers, and nature lovers. Makkumath is the winter seat of Lord Tungnath and an ideal base for exploring Chopta–Tungnath–Chandrashila and Deoria Tal. The Airbnb price covers stay only. We have an in-house cook, and fresh home-style meals are available on a paid basis. Guests may also explore local eateries nearby. Expect nature, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings — not commercial markets or nightlife. • Mountain weather can change quickly. Evenings and early mornings may be cold, especially in winter months. • As we are surrounded by forest and open land, you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife — this is part of the natural setting. • Power outages can occasionally occur in the mountains; backup arrangements are in place for essentials. • The lawn and some common areas are shared with guests from the other domes. • Meals are available through our in-house cook at additional cost. While the cook is available full-time, we request guests to place meal orders at least one hour in advance, as all food is freshly prepared. Last order time is 9 PM. • We request guests to maintain reasonable noise levels after 10 PM to preserve the peaceful environment.
