Fireplace, large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a cozy loft with sofas for reading, resting or just relaxing after a day in the mountains. 🚫 Pets are not allowed The space A spacious 190-m² house, well-maintained and in excellent condition, ideal for a comfortable stay as a family, as a couple, or with friends. Designed in the Ceret style, it combines spaciousness, comfort, and the cozy atmosphere typical of La Cerdanya. It has 4 bedrooms: three with a double bed and one with two twin beds, with the option of adding a third bed. It also has a large kitchen, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a loft with sofas, 2 full bathrooms with a bidet, bathtub, and shower, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Outside, it has a private patio with a barbecue and a table with wooden benches for 6–8 people, ideal for enjoying the views during meals or moments of relaxation. No suitable for pets Guest access The property is the former barn of a centuries-old farmhouse (dating back to 1780), which has been converted into a residential home. It also has a private 300-m² garden with a barbecue in the back, exclusively for guests. The property has a shared garden for the exclusive private use of the owners. It is important to abide by the rules to ensure proper coexistence with the neighbors. The farmhouse has a shared parking lot with one space per unit (not suitable for large vans). Additional vehicles must be parked off the premises. Other things to note The living-dining room has a fireplace, which can be used by following the lighting instructions you will find upon arrival. As a welcome gift, a pack of firewood is included in winter. The house has a remote heating system, so upon your arrival in the winter months, you will find a comfortable temperature. The radiators in the bedrooms must be kept in the positions indicated. You can adjust them as needed, but please use them responsibly and leave them in their original position at the end of your stay. The radiators in the dining room are programmed and cannot be adjusted manually, as they maintain a constant temperature. For stays longer than 2 weeks, an extra cleaning service will be included at no additional cost. Access to or parking of vehicles in the common garden area of the premises is not allowed. The house is located 10 minutes from Puigcerdà and 25 minutes from the Capcir and Conflent mountains. Located in a quiet setting with great views, it is ideal for enjoying nature: hiking in summer and skiing in winter at resorts such as Font Romeu, Les Angles, Porté, Bolquère, La Molina, or Masella, all within 25 minutes of the house.
