Situated in the heart of Paternoster with a spectacular view of the bay, Dertien offers a relaxing breakaway from the hustle of the city. The space The house is an open plan 'H' shape with a patio in the front overlooking the bay, and an enclosed courtyard with a built-in 'braai' at the back. A large lounge joins the three bedroom wing to the kitchen, dining and reading space, and serves as the threshold between the patio and the courtyard. The patio and two lounges provide ample seating with exquisite sea views. Our kitchen is well-equipped to prepare delicious meals whether on a gas top stove, in the full length oven, or in the built in pizza oven. There is a 3-metre dining table in the kitchen and in the back courtyard. The reading space houses a collection of books and CDs. The main bedroom, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom looks over the patio to the ocean. Two double-bed suites with their own showers and wash basins, share a toilet. Guest access Parking for one vehicle is available behind a padlocked gate with two further parking bays available on site. The beach is within a stone throw and town is a short walk away.
