On the edge of Newcastle, with clear views over Slieve Donard, the house is a short walk from Tollymore forest Park, Newcastle promenade, Slieve Donard hotel & spa, and the world's no1 Golf course. The peaceful, secluded patio, look onto cedars & specimen shrubs in the shared grounds, making this a great place for kids to play and explore. The space Our townhouse is immediately facing you as you drive into the courtyard. There is one car parking space outside the front door and additional cars can park just outside the main courtyard walls. Guest access A Keybox is situated on the wall to the left of the front door. Our agent will communicate the code before you arrive. Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. However, dogs are only allowed in the main downstairs hallway and living room. They are NOT permitted in the kitchen or upstairs. They are also NOT permitted on furniture and so should not be allowed on the sofas. Please understand that our excellent cleaners have limited time to turn a house around and excessive dog hair is difficult to clean. Therefore please ensure you bring a dog bed that your dog will stay in. There is also an outside kennel if you choose to use it. Thank you.
