Kip Flats Residence has flats for seasonal and annual rentals, very well located in the Meireles neighborhood, one block from the Dom Luiz mall. For a stay or residence with comfort and a family atmosphere; It has a shared laundry room, each flat has one day of use per week. It does not have a garage, but if you need it, there is a parking lot nearby. Breakfast is not included in the rental. Bed linen is only included for daily rentals, not for monthly and annual rentals. We have other apartment options.
