The space Conveniently located less than a mile from I-94, with easy access to Waterloo State Park (9 miles), Ann Arbor (15 miles), Ypsilanti (23 miles), Detroit Metropolitan Airport (43 miles) and Detroit (55 miles). The open floor plan accommodates all of your activities. The master bedroom features an up-sized, Olympic queen Sleep Number bed adjustable on both sides. The second bedroom also has a queen Sleep Number bed with dual adjustments. The third bedroom/office has a comfortable IKEA queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam topper. Large yard, patio, and front deck for your outside pleasure. Note: The base price includes two people, and there is a $25 charge per night for each additional person up to six. We feel that this is the fairest pricing for couples who do not need the extra bedrooms and linens. Guest access Help yourself to the coffee bar, condiments, herbs, spices, paper goods, and snacks left for you on the kitchen counter. The rest of the food is for our own personal use, however, if you need something in a punch, simply replace it before you leave. Gas grill is available in back yard. Basement is unfinished and the washer and dryer are available down there. Other things to note There is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a blender, Cuisinart, slow cooker and everything else you need to prepare meals. The Weber grill in the large yard is also available. A washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent are in the basement. Information and maps about things to do in the Chelsea area are by the back door for your convenience. For the safety of both guests and property, a Ring audio/video door bell is installed at the front door and a security camera monitors the driveway and back yard 24/7. Any tampering with cameras, including but not limited to covering or otherwise disabling them, is grounds for early termination of reservation with no refund whatsoever.
