Gorge Bluffs sits in a quiet neighborhood above the Columbia River where the stars shine in the inky dark sky & the view of the mountains, river and bridge make it easy to relax. Kick back on the south facing deck, pick up a few instruments and sing into the night. BBQ with friends after a hike on the trails and dip in the river. The surrounding area is a gem surrounded by water, forest, trails and a quaint little town, a special place. The space This space is an open floorplan and spacious. The kitchen, dining room and 2 living room areas are all connected and there are 3 bedrooms down the hall at the east end of the house. The living room, kitchen and main bedroom all have doors that open onto the new deck with a hot tub and a super spacious backyard that overlooks the Columbia river, the bridge of the gods and the cascade mountain range. In the dry season, the deck and yard are perfect for hanging out, yard games and bbqs. The main room has a sauna out the side entrance deck. Our house is in an excellent location for views of the bridge of the gods and the river, a 10 minute walk to this Skamania fairgrounds for music concerts and a pleasant walk to downtown Stevenson The house and property is 100% tobacco, free, non-smoking. This is our house that we live in and love and love to share!! Guest access You will have access to the whole house (except garage and storage) Other things to note If you have 4 or less guests and do not need the 3rd bedroom, the main room (king bed, second bath and sauna) let me know and I will offer a 20% discount . The lower deck doesn’t have a railing on the riverside edge and has a big drop so please be cautious when walking on the lower deck. The slate patio has irregular surfaces so look down when walking on the slate patio! The house is not safe for toddlers.
