Relax in this atypical and rejuvenating accommodation with a very pleasant terrace. The accommodation is both cozy and bright. The interior and exterior decoration is neat. It is located in a bucolic environment. You will feel in the countryside while being close to the city and its amenities. Disneyland Paris, la Vallée Village, Paris, the Olympic base in Vaires sur Marne and other places... are very accessible! The space - Independent accommodation of 28 m² including mezzanine with WIFI and underfloor heating (much appreciated by travelers) - Living room with TV, coffee table convertible into a dining table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, convertible sofa for 2 persons (Percale bed linen) - It is possible to work in comfort by sitting on the sofa and using the laptop table that is provided - Mezzanine with a bed for 2 persons (Percale bed linen) and storage space at the foot of the bed and 2 large drawers under the bed. The staircase is a bit steep; however, it is secured on both sides. - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave with oven function, hotplates, Senseo, toaster, kettle, mixer...) - Bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, washing machine and towel dryer - Terrace of 15m² with 2 tables of 2 and 4 chairs, a round table with 2 chairs and 2 transats. A screen allows you to completely isolate yourself from the rest of the garden. Very pleasant. - All linens are provided. /!\ Parties not allowed /!\ Guest access The access to your accommodation, located behind our house, will be done after having borrowed a way in our garden.
