The space The flat 18 ESPACIO SOBRE MAR has one bedroom, an entrance hall with built-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom, the kitchen is independent with a pass-through to the living-dining room, in the distribution corridor there is another small built-in wardrobe and a magnificent terrace. Its total surface area is eighty useful square metres, fifty-six constructed. The living room has a storage unit, a double sofa bed, coffee tables / side tables and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge, etc. It is equipped with all the necessary elements that will make your stay comfortable. The bedroom has two single beds, a headboard, two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, a cupboard with shelves, washbasin, toilet and bidet. It is quite comfortable to use. The terrace is the most remarkable element of the accommodation, as it has breathtaking views from the bay of Cullera to the Cabo de San Antonio in Alicante, which is more than 60 kilometres of coastline. It has a dining table with 4 chairs. Thanks to this location, you will be able to enjoy all the advantages that this area offers, such as the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours... in short, the ideal place to live in a beach atmosphere, but at the same time, enjoying the peace and quiet that living in a residential area offers. Guest access The property has a concierge service. The building has three accesses, from the large entrance hall with ramp and stairs, through the promenade and from the basement used for parking. In addition to the parking space included in the price, there is no problem to park in the area, so you can park your vehicle next to the entrance of the building. During the months of July, August and part of September the outside of the building is more crowded. I would recommend you to use the Moviltik App that will allow you to hire parking rights in a convenient and economical way. However, 50 metres from the accommodation there is a public car park which may be another option. The communal areas of the building have been recently refurbished, it has 4 lifts and a communal terrace / roof terrace where you can hang out big laundry. Other things to note It is very important and necessary that we specify the time of arrival, to have the flat ready for you. Check-in time is from 15:00 to ensure that the accommodation is ready for you. However, we need to know your arrival time to be aware of any mishaps that may arise. Check-out must take place before 11:00 am. After that time, we will be able to access the accommodation without prior notice. If it would be difficult or uncomfortable for you to "leave" the accommodation before this time, please do not hesitate to ask us about the possibility of checking out outside these hours.
