Located on the 3rd floor with windows to a silent inner courtyard to enjoy a good night’s sleep. The apartment is our own ex-residence - designed with love, full of charm and unique art pieces - it’s a place for people who love art, culture and music, and who want to be in the centre of it all while in Riga. The space The apartment consists of: -a bright and open living room that features a piano, cosy sofa, TV/playstation, a dedicated work space, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a dining zone -a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a walk in closet -a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a washing machine The apartment is fully equipped with WIFI, TV, PLAYSTATION, BLUETOOTH SPEAKER, DISHWASHER, INDUCTION OVEN, TOASTER, KETTLE, COFFEE MASCHINE with COFFEE CAPSULES, KITCHEN UTENSILS, WASHING MACHINE, IRON, BATHTUB/SHOWER, HAIR DRYER, PIANO, A DEDICATED WORKING SPACE, FAN (for hot days), an ELECTRIC HEATER (for cooler days). All relevant things are available for your use on premises: bed linen, towels, toilet paper, bath products (soap, shampoo, shower gel). LINEN & AMENITIES: -We provide all the household linen necessary - namely, a set of bed linen for each bed, and a set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel) per person. -We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, salt, pepper, bath products, toilet paper…). Please note that these products are in limited quantities and their availability throughout your stay depend on your usage. We have prepared a housing manual with all relevant information for you to have a pleasant stay (safety, equipment manuals, nice cafes and spots to visit in the neighbourhood, etc.). Guest access CHECK-IN: starting 16:00 on the day of your arrival. Self checkin instructions will be sent to you a couple days before your arrival. For the duration of your stay, 1 key set will be at your disposal. CHECK-OUT: till 12:00 (noon 12pm) on the day of your departure. Other things to note Location & Neighbourhood The apartment is located in the very heart of the Riga city centre: -right by the Vērmanes garden park for lovely morning jogs or evening walks. -a walking distance (5-10min) to the Old Town, National Opera, Monument of Freedom, Academy of Music, Latvian University, National Museum of Art, Central station, Central Market, Bus Park, and other central locations - so you can easily access it all. -right next to Berga Bazārs; a cosy place with many cafes, restaurants, wine shop etc. - so you can always have a good meal. -5min walk till nearest convenience store or supermarket - so you can get what’s needed. -public transportation available all around the block - if you decide to go to other neighbourhoods or even cities. HOUSEKEEPING There is no housekeeping included in the rental price of this apartment. However, if you are staying for longer than 10 days we recommend an additional housekeeping service. This includes clean linens and towels, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathroom and kitchen. This service costs an extra 50eur and will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page.
