The space To ensure the most pleasant stay for you and to guarantee hygiene and safety for all, please carefully read the following regulations: - Check-in time: from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. - We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. - During your stay, please respect the quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and maintain behavior that never disturbs others' peace. - Parties and events are not allowed in this apartment. - Pets are not allowed due to allergy reasons. - Please remove coffee pods immediately after use to prevent sticking. - The electric mosquito net is at your disposal; please use it only in your presence and unplug it before leaving or sleeping. - Upon check-out, please deposit the keys in the box near the gate, where you collected them upon arrival. - Please contact us as soon as possible in case of any issues or damages Other things to note Free parking is available in the area.
