It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance. The space The 10 m2 bedroom benefits from natural ventilation with its louvered windows and is also equipped with AC air conditioning. You will have a 160 cm bed and a mosquito net for nights without bugs. The bedroom can stay open to the living room or be closed by sliding panels. Finally, a storage-office block completes this space. The bathroom, with an area of 9 m2, has a double sink, a large walk-in shower and a toilet.
