The space We have been blessed with this lakefront villa. We know you'll love it! One master bedroom, with a queen bed and a 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. We also have a queen-size sofa bed for two additional guests. Our unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedroom and bath. We don’t have gas burning appliances. So, no need for a carbon monoxide detector. Covered parking is on the ground level. One reserved parking space for overnight guests, with additional daytime-only "guest visitors” spaces as well. There are plenty of local things to do and places to explore to keep you busy, if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg.
