Visitors (including non-overnight guests) are not permitted. Guest access You will be staying in a private 1-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor (street level) of a villa. It has its own independent entrance & lock, and there is no other unit on the same floor — you will have the entire indoor space to yourself (approx. 42 m²). The outdoor deck and pool area is shared with up to 0–2 other guests staying in a separate unit of the villa. It is not directly connected to your apartment and is accessed via stairs to the level above. Other things to note 1. The apartment is located on street level, making it ideal for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Some light traffic noise may be present during the day, though windows and doors are sound-reducing when closed. 2. Summer temperatures typically range between 17–25°C, so air conditioning is usually not necessary, especially at night. A fan is provided for additional comfort. 3. To avoid plumbing issues, please dispose of toilet paper and hygiene products in the bin provided rather than flushing them. 4. For stays of 7+ nights, fresh linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. 5.
