The apartment is located in "Taftalidze", in the urban area of the city, in a private, and 24 hour secured residential complex (Grand Prestige). It comes with a designated underground parking spot. It's in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from the city center, sport centers, malls, parks and lots of restaurants where You can try the local and very delicious Macedonian cuisine. The space The apartment is 46m2, and it is on the 7th floor (out of 9) in a new building (build 2015). It is consisted of two separate rooms. The smaller one is the bedroom with one double bed. The other larger room is the living area (equipped with a pull out sofa that can accommodate up to 2 adults), along with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a standard bathroom with a washing machine. The balcony is spacious, 4 m2, equipped with a coffee table and two chairs. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment to them selves. Building entrance has security code (provided on arrival). The complex can be accessed by car only through a secured ramp. Other things to note There is a private parking underground area, where you can park your car free of charge.
