Unmetered parking readily available right in front of house on most days/nights, all day. So easy to take a short walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. on Chestnut St. Entire renovated two bedroom flat with kitchen, bath, dining room, living room, queen size bed, two twin beds convertible to king (let us know how you would like set up), convertible sofa sleeper. Sleeps four persons. Cable, wifi, high speed internet, two high capacity HEPA air filtration machines (Blue Air, Levoit). Guest access You get to rent the entire flat. Ground-level private gated more secure and spacious entrance area. Other things to note We think you will enjoy your stay! We have over 25 years of experience in rentals in San Francisco and 15 years of experience in fully furnished accommodations. In our opinion, the Marina is the most beautiful and safest (security camera at exterior front of building for your safety) yet fun district of San Francisco. Utilities are billed at cost (summer typically $5 per day). We only provide enough consumable items such as soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer detergents to get you started. No subletting, no parties. Required Disclosures: This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy. If you choose to, you have the right to stay a year or longer in which case the lease to be renewed on the anniversary date for materially the same terms as per SF city ordinances as this rental of this unit is a 1 year lease (as required of SF rentals) and with no penalty if you choose to terminate your lease early (your tenant's rights as required to be confirmed to you in a short 2 page or other rental agreement). This property is subject to rent control. Monthly rent on the rental agreement is calculated as the net amount paid per night plus move in discounts (portion of monthly discount applied to full rack rate that offsets the Guest Service Fee plus other one-time bonus discounts) plus allowable annual increases.
