Rame is situated in a commanding position in West Looe with fabulous views of the river and out to Looe Bay. The space Newly renovated throughout for the 2023 season, Rame is a delightful apartment. It is on the ground floor and entry is into a hallway, off which is a good size lounge with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and a lovely bay window with seating overlooking the terrace and river. There are two bedrooms to the rear of the property, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining modern shower room with large walk-in shower, wc and wash hand basin that also serves the second bedroom. There is ample clothes storage and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom is a double room that is accessed from the rear of the kitchen and has adjoining access via the master bedroom to the shower room. There is a screen to afford privacy for accessing the shower room when both bedrooms are in use. The newly fitted kitchen includes an electric oven with four rings and a grill, extractor, fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle and toaster and breakfast bar with 4 stools. To the front of the property is the terrace which enjoys 180 degree stunning views. There are two sets of tables and chairs, one for each of the two apartments that share the terrace. This is the perfect place to sit at any time of the day and enjoy the comings and goings on the river below. The walk in to West Looe is less than 5 minutes where there is a popular local pub The Jolly Sailor, the fabulous little West Looe General Store and a Spar. A further 5 minute walk, or a trip across the river on the ferry, and you are in East Looe where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the main beach (it will take 15 - 20 minutes to walk from the apartment to the main beach). The property has gas central heating. Please note there is a steep path leading up to the property and some steps. It is possible to stop at the bottom of the slope to unload and then there is a large public car park a 10 minute walk from the property. One small, non-moulting, well behaved pet welcome. Strictly no smoking. Sorry no babies. Other things to note There is a slope leading up to the front door of the apartment with steps at the top. Please note there is a slope of about 30 paces leading up to the front of the building and a flight of steps at the top. Therefore the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
